Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has pledged his full support to John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), following Mahama’s victory in the 2024 elections.

In his concession speech, Dr. Bawumia emphasised his commitment to peace and national unity, reiterating his support for a smooth transition of power.

He expressed pride in his campaign team and assured Mahama of the NPP’s cooperation during the transition process.
