A fire outbreak has destroyed over 15 structures at Circle Odawna in Accra in the early mornings of Thursday, November 14, 2024.

The incident, according to eyewitness accounts, happened in the same area where a similar blaze had previously ravaged several wooden structures.

The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS), in a swift response arrived and brought under control, preventing the blaze from damaging a nearby warehouse and over 200 other structures.

The GNFS has since launched an investigations into the cause of the fire, while urging both business owners and residents in fire-prone areas to adhere to fire safety guidelines to prevent future incidents.
